A Complete Seasonal Camp Kit.

Case Study — Sports Camps & Training Programs

One Supplier. A Complete Seasonal Camp Kit.

The Client

Training Haus Football Academy is a competitive football development program built around elite athlete preparation — combining technical skill, physical conditioning, and team identity into a structured seasonal camp format. Each program cycle demands a complete, coordinated branded kit that athletes wear with pride and coaches can rely on from the first day of camp to the last.

On the Field

A cohesive identity — from the first drill to the final whistle.

Branded kit is more than merchandise. When every athlete steps onto the field in coordinated gear, the culture of the academy is reinforced from day one. These are the Training Haus athletes in their full seasonal kit.

The Challenge

Sourcing a full camp kit across multiple vendors was costing them — in budget and time.

Running a seasonal football camp requires more than great coaching. Athletes need to arrive as a unit — coordinated gear, performance apparel, and equipment all aligned to the program's identity and delivered before camp opens. For Training Haus, assembling that kit historically meant managing separate vendors for each product category: different suppliers for bags, for apparel, for uniforms — each with its own quote cycle, lead time, and pricing structure.

The result was fragmented procurement that drained budget and bandwidth every season, with no guarantee of consistent branding across items.

Problem 01
Fragmented vendor relationships

Each product category required a separate supplier, quote cycle, and delivery timeline — compounding coordination overhead every season.

Problem 02
Retail-level pricing with no leverage

Without direct factory access, Training Haus absorbed distributor and retail margins on every SKU — with no ability to negotiate across the full order.

Problem 03
Inconsistent branding across products

Coordinating logos, colorways, and quality standards across different vendors produced inconsistent results — undermining the professional identity the program was built to project.

The Solution

A complete kit. One point of contact. Factory-direct pricing across every category.

Murry Ave consolidated the entire Training Haus seasonal kit program under a single sourcing engagement — handling product design, factory coordination, branded production, and delivery across all categories simultaneously. Every item was developed to the same brand spec, produced at direct factory pricing, and shipped ready for distribution before the first day of camp.

Camp Bags Custom-branded athletic bags built for durability. Embroidered logo, structured design, colorway matched to program identity.
Techsuits Performance compression apparel engineered for training. Sublimated branding with moisture-wicking fabric spec'd for high-output environments.

How We Delivered It

Design, production, and delivery — managed end to end.

Every product in the Training Haus kit followed the same sourcing process: brief from the client, design and spec development by Murry Ave, physical sampling for approval, bulk production at direct factory pricing, quality inspection, and delivery coordinated to a single deadline. Multiple product lines running in parallel — one timeline, one contract.

  • Brief Brand and product requirements defined upfront. Colors, logo files, sizing ranges, quantities, and performance specs collected and confirmed before any design work begins. No assumptions.
  • Design Technical files produced for every product category. Bag construction layouts, techsuit sublimation artwork, uniform cut-and-sew specs — all developed by Murry Ave and submitted to the client for sign-off before sampling.
  • Sample Physical samples produced and approved before bulk production. Each product category went through a sample iteration — fit, fabric, branding, and finish reviewed and signed off by the client. Bulk production begins only after formal approval.
  • Production Bulk production managed across specialist factories. Bags, techsuits, and uniforms are produced by different factories — each selected for their category. Murry Ave coordinates all of them in parallel under a single managed timeline.
  • QC Quality inspection on all finished goods before shipment. Every product category is inspected against the approved sample — construction, branding accuracy, sizing, and finish verified before goods are released.
  • Delivery All products delivered together, on schedule. Freight and logistics coordinated so all product lines arrive in a single consolidated shipment — ready for distribution before camp opens.

Why camps and academies work with Murry Ave: Seasonal kit programs have fixed deadlines and no room for vendor delays. Managing separate supplier relationships — each with its own timeline — multiplies the risk of something arriving late or off-spec. Murry Ave consolidates every product category under one sourcing partner with one delivery commitment, so program directors can focus on running the camp, not chasing manufacturers.
