End-of-year gifting  ·  Branded merchandise

Kelvix came with annotated spec sheets. We came back with finished products.

When Kelvix set out to produce employee swag for year-end, they didn’t hand over a logo and a color code. They handed over material callouts, emboss mold references, interior layout requirements, and hardware finish preferences — for every item. We sourced and delivered the whole set, to spec, on time.

About Kelvix

Kelvix is a U.S.-based LED lighting manufacturer that develops and supplies specification-grade linear lighting solutions for commercial, architectural, and residential applications. Headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Kelvix is known for engineering precision, dedicated project support, and a product line built for contractors, designers, and lighting specifiers who demand exacting performance.

Requirements detailed enough to disqualify every U.S. supplier.

Kelvix approached year-end with a clear vision: a cohesive swag set for their employees that reflected the same standard of quality they bring to their own products. The brief was not a mood board — it was a specification. Color-matched canvas cloth. Branded-green shoulder straps. Reused emboss molds from production tooling. Interior bag separators. Hardware finish callouts. Each product came with its own annotated reference image.

No U.S. supplier could execute the full set at these requirements. The silicone patch technique on the sweatsets, the emboss depth on the tees, and the custom interior construction on the tote bags each required factory-level capability that domestic vendors couldn’t match — at any timeline, let alone one that would land before year-end.

Spec complexity

Every product carried detailed material, color, hardware, and construction requirements that went well beyond standard branded merchandise.

No domestic solution

U.S. suppliers lacked the factory capability to execute silicone patches, emboss tooling reuse, and custom interior construction at the required quality.

Hard EOY deadline

The full set needed to reach employees before year-end — leaving no room for multi-vendor coordination delays or sampling failures.

Four items. Each one fully specified.

Kelvix provided annotated reference images for every product in the set. These weren’t suggestions — they were requirements that had to be matched at factory.

  • Embossed T-shirts Tone-on-tone logo emboss using existing production mold. Garment weight and fabric spec confirmed through sampling.
  • Sweatsets Raised silicone patch branding — placement, bond integrity, and finish confirmed on sample before bulk production.
  • Custom beanies Fully custom knit with color-matched yarn and woven label. No off-the-shelf blanks.
  • Canvas tote bags Kelvix light blue canvas body and pockets, branded green straps, yellow zipper, interior separator, canvas water bottle pocket — and logo embossed using the same shirt mold.

The right factory partners. One managed program.

Murry Ave evaluated factories in China across the full scope of requirements. Not every factory capable of garment production can execute silicone patch application, emboss tooling, and custom canvas construction to a single client’s brand standards. We identified the partners who could — and structured the engagement as a single managed program rather than a fragmented multi-vendor operation.

Every product went through a dedicated sampling round against Kelvix’s annotated specs. Samples were reviewed and approved by Kelvix before a single unit entered bulk production. With approvals locked, Murry Ave managed the production timeline end-to-end — tracking each product through cut, production, finishing, and shipment consolidation to meet the year-end delivery window.

Delivered on spec. Delivered on time.

The complete swag set reached Kelvix employees before year-end. Every product was manufactured to the original specification — no substitutions, no compromises on technique. The silicone patches, emboss detailing, custom knit, and tote bag construction all reflected the standard Kelvix brings to its own product line.

For a company that sells on precision, the merchandise matched the brand.
